The breakfast here comes with an omelet station and a variety of local food options, and the staff is very professional and attentive. Rewritten: Enjoy a breakfast featuring an omelet station and a selection of local dishes, served by highly professional staff.

Clean rooms with great facilities and stunning views. The breakfast had fantastic local options and the staff was helpful in giving directions to the nearby waterfalls. The hotel's waiting area was comfortable and clean.

    Nothing to dislike.

The complementary tisane offered to my partner when he had an upset stomach was a very nice touch. when it was raining and we didn't feel like walking outside for breakfast, they brought it right to our room! the cabin-style rooms were cozy and private.

The pool closes a bit early, at 8pm, which was a bit disappointing after a busy day of activities. There was also not much to do in the immediate surroundings of the resort.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable - from the rose petals on our bed to the jacuzzi in our room, everything was thoughtfully arranged for our comfort. Secondly, the location of the hotel amidst lush greenery and nestled among the mountains was simply breathtaking. Finally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, it was the perfect way to start our day.

No aspects need to be improved, everything was perfect.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem amidst lush greenery and beautiful gardens. Set in a 300-year-old Jesuit monastery on 4 acres of manicured land, the atmosphere is simply magical. The attention to detail is superb, with rose petals delicately sprinkled on our comfy bed and a jacuzzi in the spacious bathroom. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and offering free room upgrades. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was wonderful, no improvements needed.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the luxurious amenities this hotel offered. the spa and wellness centre were top-notch with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services that fulfilled my relaxation needs. the garden area was simply beautiful, perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. In-room breakfast and private facilities were other exclusive advantages which made my stay an unforgettable experience. the restaurant served delectable food, and the bar area was a perfect place to end the day indulging in wine or cocktails.

The only negative aspect was a minor issue with a noisy night club nearby, which affected my sleep. the staff quickly switched my room to a more peaceful location, and that completely resolved the problem.

The attention to detail was impeccable - from the rose petals scattered on our comfy bed to the jacuzzi on our duvet. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. And let's not forget the location - nestled amidst lush greenery in a valley, it provided a serene and picturesque setting that was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

    Everything was just perfect!

    Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel for a business trip and I was impressed with the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel and how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The hotel had great amenities like a pool area that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The location was also key because it was in a peaceful area, yet still close enough to the city center for convenience. The room was comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a day of work.

The lack of food options. my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway or a place to stay during a business trip.

We stayed at a hotel nestled in the mountains on a 4, acre lush property that was once a 300, year, old Jesuit monastery. the location was peaceful yet close to town by cab. the front desk helped us plan a visit to nearby waterfalls. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens, antique decor, friendly staff, refreshing spa and pool, and delicious food. Our room had stunning views, a well, appointed bathroom, and comfortable bedding.

Some guests experienced discomfort with outdated amenities.
